First we need design roll forming machine profile via autocad.Customer will confrim autocad cad drawing.

Second, factory will cut material roller and shafts of roll forming machine.

Third, we have own processing machine,need CNC lathing rollers and shafts.

Fourth,we will do chroming for rollers, some machine rollers also need quenching.

Fifth, will install machine in factory.

Sixth, will testing machine.

When everything is okay, we will send machine to customers.
