When the tile press machine is working normally, there will be burrs on the cutting board. This is a frequent failure, so how to solve this problem?
1. First check whether the screws of the slide rail clamps are loose. If loose, tighten them to feel firm and hard.
2. Loosen the oil pressure to a minimum. Loosen the oil pressure adjustment screw outward.
3. Choose manual, jog the knife to drop, make the upper and lower knife overlap about half a centimeter. If the cutter does not move, adjust the oil pressure appropriately. Loosen the external adjustment screw of the bottom knife, tighten the back adjustment screw, and tighten the external adjustment screw. Jog the cutter to rise. If you hear a "bang", it proves that the adjustment is too much or uneven. The bottom knife should be adjusted inwards first, and the upper knife should be dropped and readjusted. After adjustment, first use a small piece of board to test the knife.
4. Cutter adjustment is a careful job and requires patience.
