Main roll forming machine
1. Forming stations : 26stations
2. Material of roller : 45# steel heat treatment HRC50 and surface is being hard chrome;
3. Shaft : Dia 80mm, high frequency surface treatment and grinding process;the material is 45#steel.
4. Horsepower : 15KW (The motor is used to drive the hydraulic pump ,which enables the hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic motor and then drives the main machine.)

Not exactly.For wider and double layer making machine. It can produce more than 6 kinds of panels.
