2. Extrusion color tile machine: high output, fast speed, but too high investment. After forming, spray with color sprayer, the brightness is poor. Only a layer of color on the surface cannot be attached to the tile surface alone, but it can be mixed with expensive adhesive.
3. Molded color steel tile equipment: At present, most color tile machine models use PLC control system. It is mainly divided into hand touch screen and digital display, and the mold is made of special steel. Sturdy and durable, long service life, the main unit is equipped with a strengthened indenter and a universal pressure plate, which can easily change different main tile molds and special-shaped tile molds. It is suitable for producing various types of cement tiles and road tiles.
