Appearance quality The shape of the light steel keel should be smooth, the edges and corners are clear, and the incision is not allowed to have burrs and deformations that affect the use. The galvanized layer is not allowed to have defects such as peeling, bumping, and shedding. For defects such as corrosion, damage, dark spots, and pitting, the detection in accordance with the prescribed methods shall comply with the provisions of Table 2-81. During the appearance quality inspection, visual inspection should be conducted under bright light conditions 0.5m away from the product.
The surface of the light steel keel should be galvanized to prevent rust, and the amount of galvanizing on both sides: excellent product is not less than 120g / m * m
