1. Clean the filter, replace the hydraulic oil, install the heater of the machine, repair the piping, and write the hydraulic oil into the suction pipe.
2. When there is a lack of pressure, stop the motor immediately and adjust the rolling direction of the motor. If it is not adjusted, the motor will be burnt and damaged.
3. Check whether the axis is now aligned, and whether the equipment and oil quantity of the oil return pipe have reached the specifications. Whether the oil pump and the coupling are damaged, if there is any damage, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
4. Check if the pilot port outside the hydraulic control is open. If it is open, close it, because the machine is unloaded after opening.
5. Reset the machine, check its pressure gauge, take out and reassemble the poppet valve, remove the upper screw, and tap with the external guide rod to see if the inside of the spool only needs two holes, and if there are any inside Dust and other impurities block it. After checking the correctness, the reorganized device will be in the original position.
