Automatic expansion decoiler

Feeding & leveling
wall plate type 9 rollers leveler, 2 roller feeding, 7 roller leveling. Leveling roller 120mm, material 40Cr, heat treatment HRC48º~52º. Four stand roller to control sheet up and down movement. Power: 11kw, inverter adjusting, speed: 10-25m/min, feeding width max 500mm.
Punching and cutting:
1.Use four column type press from Yangli group, equip with punching and cutting die set, fit for 9 or 10 holes. With one set of middle hole punching, cylinder dia 160mm, traveling distance: 60mm
2.Cut to length by encoder: length accuracy 4320±2.0mm, length can set in PLC.
3.Fast feeding unit: after cutting, sheet feeding into roll forming unit, 2.2kw, roller Dia: 120mm, material 40Cr, HRC48º~52º.
